The Sun
Like many people will know, the sun is made of gas, just like all other stars. Yes, the sun is also a star, it only is much closer to the earth. Within the sun pressure and temperature (15 milion degrees Celcius) are so high, that there can be nuclear fision. In this proces two atoms hydrogen will melt to an helium atom. Energy is released now. Heathened gas from the inner sun will bubble to the surface od the sun (6000 degrees Celcius), to let it's energy escape. This bubbling of bells of gas can be seen as granuls (I hope this is the exact translation). This can be seen with by zooming in very much. Because the photo was taking through a telescope, and after that zoomed-in on my computer, it is very well possible that these spots on the picture are granuls.
